MoloForge Terms of Use

1. Scope

• The Site is intended to provide information about services, showcase examples, and enable checkout and dashboard interactions.
• Paid services are governed by the public offer published on the Site. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Account and access

• Some features (dashboard, checkout) require sign-in via Clerk.
• You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties.
• We may restrict access if we suspect abuse, unlawful activity, or security threats.

3. Prohibited actions

• No hacking attempts, bypassing restrictions, unauthorized access, interference with the Site, or vulnerability scanning without written consent.
• No unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights via forms or the dashboard.
• No spam or unsolicited mass messaging via the Site.

4. Content and intellectual property

• Site materials (texts, design, code, graphics) are protected by law. You may use them only as needed for normal viewing of the Site unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Rights to deliverables under a paid order pass to the client as stated in the public offer and/or the agreed CP/TS.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all devices and browsers.
• The Site may contain links to external resources; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
• We are not responsible for consequences of using Site information outside the scope of an agreed order and documents.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on the Site with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to mandatory law.
