MoloForge Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 24, 2026

This Policy describes how personal data is processed when you use the MoloForge software and information resources at https://moloforge.tech (the “Site” or “Service”). The controller is individual entrepreneur Dmitry Kniazev (Князев Дмитрий Александрович) (TIN 723031065580, OGRNIP 326723200044216, IE registration place: Tyumen), operating as MoloForge. Processing of personal data of individuals in the Russian Federation follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» and other applicable rules. This Policy works together with the public offer published on the Site.

1. Scope and definitions

“Personal data” means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Processing” includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction — only to the extent needed for the purposes below.

2. Categories of data we process

Depending on how you use the Site and how the contract is formed (offer, dashboard, messengers), we may process, in particular:

  • Name, surname, email address (including when you register or sign in via Clerk)
  • Account identifiers and profile data within your Site account
  • Information you provide for orders and in the dashboard (project description, order-related messages)
  • If you contact us via Telegram or VKontakte — your user ID and display name in that service, and message content needed to communicate and fulfill the order
  • Payment-related data: payments go through a payment service (card acquiring); we do not store full card details on the Site
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, cookies and similar identifiers — as described in the cookie section
  • Any further data needed to perform the contract and arising from your use of the Site

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to:

  • Enter into and perform the services agreement (public offer, checkout, dashboard) — performance of a contract and pre-contract steps at your request
  • Communicate about your order and send important notices about status or material changes
  • Comply with the laws of the Russian Federation (including tax and accounting rules where applicable)
  • Load analytics tools and related cookies — only if you give separate consent in the Site’s cookie banner

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. Sharing or appointing processors is allowed when:

  • Clerk (authentication and account management on the Site) — only what is needed for sign-in and the dashboard; see Clerk’s privacy policy and documentation for details
  • The payment service provider (acquiring) — to process payment for your order; the data set is governed by the provider’s rules
  • If you consent to analytics — a web analytics provider (e.g. Yandex LLC for Yandex Metrica) under its documentation and terms
  • Contractors involved in delivering your order — only to the extent necessary and subject to confidentiality
  • Government authorities — when required by law and through lawful procedures

5. Cross-border processing

Some services (in particular authentication via Clerk) may process data using infrastructure outside the Russian Federation. Terms and safeguards are set by the relevant provider’s documentation and applicable law. By continuing to use such sign-in, you acknowledge that processing may include cross-border transfer to the extent needed to operate the Site, without prejudice to mandatory rules of 152-FZ.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the processing purposes: for the term of the agreement and a reasonable period afterward for claims and legal compliance, generally no more than five years after the end of the order relationship unless a longer period is required by law. When purposes are achieved or you withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based), data are deleted or depersonalized unless the law requires retention.

7. Security measures

We apply legal, organizational, and technical measures appropriate to the risks: restricted access to personal data, use of protected channels for typical Internet transfers, and role separation when handling orders.

8. Your rights

You may:

  • Obtain information about the processing of your personal data
  • Request clarification, blocking, or deletion if data are incomplete, outdated, or processed unlawfully
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g. analytics via the cookie banner)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Russian supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor) or a court

To exercise these rights, email moloforge.support@gmail.com or message us on Telegram @molocherv.

9. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies and browser storage are required for the Site, security, and authentication (including Clerk). They are needed for sign-in and protected areas. You cannot disable them via our banner; you may restrict cookies in the browser, knowing some features may stop working.
  • Analytics cookies and counters (e.g. Yandex Metrica when a counter ID is configured) load only after you explicitly accept them in the banner (“Accept all”). If you choose “Essential only”, those tools are not loaded.
  • You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent means choosing “Essential only”; for full removal of browser data, use your browser settings.
  • Cookie lifetime depends on type: session cookies expire when the browser closes; others follow the relevant service’s rules if you have consented.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version with an effective date is published on the Site. We recommend reviewing this page periodically after material changes.
